Tube (outer):
2 Ply - Two (2) plys of 70# BW (or equal) kraft extensible paper folded and glued to form a tube cut to the nominal length (plus 3 inches for end closure).
4 Ply - Four (4) plys of 80# BW (or equal) kraft extensible paper folded and glued to form a tube cut to the nominal length (plus 3 inches for end closure).
6 Ply - Six (6) plys of 80# BW (or equal) kraft extensible paper folded and glued to form a tube cut to the nominal length (plus 3 inches for end closure).
8 Ply - Eight (8) plys of 80# BW (or equal) kraft extensible paper folded and glued to form a tube cut to the nominal length (plus 3 inches for end closure).
Air Bladder - 2 Ply & 4 Ply:
The air bladder (that is inserted into the paper tube) is a tube of (4 Mil) Polyethylene heat-sealed on both ends with a valve of low density polyethylene heat sealed to the tube.
Air Bladder - 6 Ply & 8 Ply:
The air bladder (that is inserted into the paper tube) is a tube of (5 Mil) Polyethylene heat-sealed on both ends with a valve of low density polyethylene heat sealed to the tube.
